Salfa trae a Chile la excavadora John Deere de máximo alcance

Se trata de la excavadora de brazo largo JOHN DEERE 350GLC Super Long front, que supera los 18 metros de alcance.
 
Con un rango de alcance de 18,3 metros, la excavadora John Deere 350GLC Long front es la excavadora de brazo largo con mayor profundidad que trae al mercado la marca americana, y ya está disponible en Chile a través del concesionario Salfa y su división de maquinaria.
 
Con una potencia neta de 271 caballos, gracias a su motor John Deere 6090 Power Tech Plus, la 350GLC Super Long front excava a una profundidad máxima de 14,15 metros, con un alcance máximo de 18,3 metros. Su peso operativo es de 34.679 kgs y su fuerza de arranque de balde (ISO) no se queda atrás con 92 kilo newton y 74,4 kilo newton de fuerza de excavación del brazo (ISO).
 
“Los brazos de alcance largo son diseñados y fabricados por John Deere – Hitachi, a diferencia de algunos competidores que instalan brazos de fabricantes alternativos. El hecho de que los brazos sean diseñados por Deere, hace que las dimensiones operacionales sean óptimas y se adecuen al tamaño de la máquina. Por otra parte, John Deere ofrece brazos 15,3 mts, 18,3 mts y 22 mts los que se adecuan a las diferentes necesidades de los clientes que requieran excavadoras de alcance largo”, destaca Gerardo Rodríguez, ingeniero de producto Maquinaria de Salfa, quien agrega que la aplicación de estos equipos es ideal para trabajos de limpieza en piscinas o buzones de chancadores en minería en donde se requiere un largo alcance.
 
A pesar de tratarse de un equipo de gran envergadura y peso, es relativamente fácil de operar para un experto. “La instalación del contrapeso adicional en la parte inferior del contrapeso original no afecta en la visibilidad del operador y su instalación no requiere de adaptaciones a la máquina, haciendo muy fácil transformar una máquina estándar en una máquina de alcance largo. Dicho contrapeso permite una operación estable de la excavadora aun cuando se utiliza a su máximo alcance”, resalta el ejecutivo, quien menciona además que la excavadora cuenta con un sistema de monitoreo telemático JD Link, al igual que todas las unidades John Deere comercializadas en Chile.
El equipo cuenta con servicio técnico en las 14 sucursales de Salfa a lo largo del país, con técnicos certificados y repuestos originales.
