Felices y Forrados anunció su cierre tras aprobarse proyecto que regula agentes del mercado

La empresa de asesoría previsional Felices y Forrados anunció su cierre definitivo luego de que la Cámara de Diputados aprobara el proyecto que establece nuevas exigencias de transparencia y reforzamiento de responsabilidades de los agentes de mercado. La entidad, creada por Gino Lorenzini, definió su cierre, debido a que la reciente aprobación de ley les impide “seguir operando”.
“El servicio de sugerencias de FyF funcionaria hasta el 31 de mayo de 2021, o a más tardar el 31 de agosto de 2021”, publicó la compañía en su cuenta de Twitter.
En el caso de aquellos consumidores que pagaron los planes anuales pare recibir recomendaciones, anunciaron por redes sociales que “en los próximos días informaremos el procedimiento para que puedas compartirnos tu cuenta corriente y así poder gestionar la devolución de los meses remanentes según contrato”.
El proyecto también aborda otras materias a nivel financiero, tales como el aumento de la interconexión de las bolsas de valores; el incremento de las penas contra los delitos que atenten contra el sistema financiero, así como también los estándares de los gobiernos corporativos de las empresas, entre otros aspectos.
La empresa de Felices y Forrados se encontraba anteriormente bajo la mira, siendo investigada por el Servicio Nacional del Consumidor tras una denuncia en una columna de opinión en el diario La Tercera, donde denunciaban supuestas rentabilidades de la empresa en los multifondos de las AFP, alegando recomendaciones erróneas.
