Satisfacción de clientes afiliados a las AFP sube a 34% durante el segundo semestre 2020

Según el Índice Nacional de Satisfacción de Clientes de Procalidad, iniciativa conjunta entre la consultora Praxis y la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, durante el segundo semestre de 2020 hubo un avance de 16 puntos en la satisfacción neta de los afiliados a las AFP respecto al primer semestre, llegando a 34%, ítem que mide como la diferencia porcentual entre satisfacción e insatisfacción.

 

Cabe mencionar que desde 2010 solo dos veces se han visto incrementos de dos dígitos en la satisfacción que muestran los afiliados con las AFP. El primero de ellos ocurrió en el primer semestre de 2017, cuando la industria marcó un aumento de 20 puntos. Y el segundo es precisamente luego del primer retiro del 10% de los fondos de pensiones que hicieron los afiliados durante el mes de agosto 2020.

 

El resultado se obtuvo producto de que el 54% de los afiliados se mostró satisfecho (se mide como el % de encuestados que califica con nota 6 y 7 la situación o aspecto del servicio); mientras que un 20% se mostró insatisfecho (medido como el % de encuestados que califica con nota 4 o menos).

 

Según el reporte, quienes tienen un mayor nivel de satisfacción son las mujeres, el segmento C3, y las personas de entre 45 y 59 años. Al ver los datos desagregados por edad, sexo y grupo socioeconómico, todos registraron alzas, con excepción de las personas menores de 30 años.

 

En tanto, al observar la complacencia de los afiliados dadas las comisiones que cobran las AFP, la satisfacción neta subió 11 puntos, a 8%. En el primer semestre de 2020 este indicador estaba en -3%.

 

Por otra parte, cuando se le pregunta a los afiliados cuál es su disposición a recomendar a la AFP en que actualmente cotiza, el 39% dice que es positiva, mientras que un 5% la califica de negativa. De esta manera, en el neto sería un 34%, lo que se traduce en un leve incremento de tres puntos en el segundo semestre de 2020.

 

No obstante, la mayoría de las personas ve muchas probabilidades de cambiarse de AFP en los próximos doce meses, ya que el 67% dijo que la intención de hacerlo el siguiente año era alta, mientras que un 21% respondió que había bajas posibilidades de un cambio en doce meses. Así, el neto se ubica en 46%, lo que significa una subida de cinco puntos.
