Bono Clase Media: SII extiende plazo para devolución del beneficio por parte de quienes no cumplían requisitos

Durante la jornada de este lunes 23 de noviembre el Servicio de Impuestos Internos hizo un llamado a que todos los trabajadores que fueron beneficiados por error con el Bono de Clase Media devuelvan el monto recibido. Así, el organismo anunció que el plazo de devolución se extiende hasta el 31 de diciembre.
Esta devolución será sin reajustes, multas ni intereses y se realiza a través del sitio web de la Tesorería General de la República. En tanto, el plazo para que los trabajadores dependientes puedan entregar los antecedentes que demuestren el cumplimiento de los requisitos se mantendrá hasta el 30 de noviembre.
A la fecha, 36.272 trabajadores dependientes devolvieron el beneficio y 29.926 realizaron solicitudes administrativas entregando antecedentes para que el Servicio de Impuestos Interno revise su caso.
En el proceso de verificación del cumplimiento de requisitos, establecido en la ley, el SII detectó 437.703 trabajadores dependientes que, de acuerdo a la información disponible, presentaron diferencias entre el monto que autodeclararon como sueldo tributable de julio de 2020 al momento de solicitar el Bono y el calculado a partir de sus cotizaciones previsionales obligatorias o de lo efectivamente percibido. De ese total, poco más de 37 mil eran funcionarios públicos.
Dentro de los requisitos para ser beneficiario de este bono era la disminución de al menos un 30% en su sueldo tributable de julio pasado y contar con una remuneración mínima de 400 mil pesos.
