El uso de bicicleta se masifica en la capital.

Las cifras del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente señalan que desde el año 2005 el uso de bicicletas en nuestra capital ha tenido un crecimiento de un 20% anual sostenido. Se calcula que en Santiago hay 1,2 millones de viajes diarios en este tipo de transporte. La mayoría de ellos corresponden a desplazamientos hacia el trabajo o lugar de estudios. Junto a lo anterior, hay cifras que indican que en los últimos 10 años la circulación de ciclistas en Santiago ha aumentado en un 868%.

¿Cómo Responde la industria inmobiliaria a este cambio?
“Está claro que el uso de la bicicleta como medio de transporte se ha extendido en la capital, sobre todo entre el público más joven, que valora los atributos sustentables y la vida saludable. Es primordial que los nuevos desarrollos residenciales vayan sintonizando con esta tendencia  y que incorporen en su oferta la infraestructura necesaria para responder a esta demanda creciente”, enfatiza Jocelyn Pinto, subgerente de Marketing de Inmobiliaria Manquehue.
De hecho, siempre a la vanguardia en construcción y respondiendo a las nuevas dinámicas y necesidades de los residentes, Inmobiliaria Manquehue lanzó al mercado el nuevo proyecto de edificios Teniente Montt #1980, en el sector residencial de Sucre en Ñuñoa, que destaca por su equipamiento innovador. El desarrollo residencial ofrece estacionamientos de bicicletas para cada departamento y está conectado a las ciclovías urbanas que ya suman 300 kms en Santiago.

Teniente Montt es un proyecto de baja altura de sólo 7 pisos, con 59 unidades de 1, 2 y 3 dormitorios, y superficies de 42 a 97 mts2, especialmente orientados a jóvenes profesionales. Además, considera un Punto Limpio al interior del proyecto, que se suma a sus bicicleteros privados para cada departamento.
El público joven que invierte en su nueva vivienda tiene un gran respeto por el medio ambiente, privilegia su calidad de vida, y valora en extremo su tiempo. Para ellos es clave vivir cerca de su lugar de trabajo y poder trasladarse usando las ciclovías, señala la profesional. Además quieren vivir una vida de barrio que tenga a la mano almacenes, cafés y distintos servicios que faciliten el día a día; y en este sentido le es muy importante contar con espacios para practicar deportes especialmente al aire libre, y valoran el uso de la bicicleta como medio de transporte, por lo que los bicicleteros del proyecto  serán un atributo muy valorado por los futuros residentes, proyecta la especialista de Inmobiliaria Manquehue.
