AFP reportan que solicitudes para segundo retiro del 10% se acercaron a los 3 millones en las primeras horas

Desde las 00:00 de este jueves 10 de diciembre las administradoras de fondos de pensiones (AFP) habilitaron sus plataformas electrónicas para que sus afiliados puedan solicitar el segundo retiro del 10% de sus cuentas individuales. Cerca de las 14 horas del mismo día se realizó el segundo reporte oficial, arrojando la cifra de 2.793.101 requerimientos según indicó el gerente general de la Asociación de AFP, Fernando Larraín.
Esto significa que se han ingresado casi 1 millón más de solicitudes versus el primer retiro, comparando la misma hora de corte. “Los resultados de esta primera jornada, reflejan el trabajo que están realizando los más de 7 mil trabajadores y trabajadoras de las AFP a lo largo del país”, señaló Larraín.
Además, el gerente de la asociación comentó que “a las 13:00 horas de hoy todas las plataformas digitales se encuentran activas y funcionando, recibiendo de buena manera las solicitudes de cada una de las personas, los inconvenientes que se han presentado han sido casos muy puntuales, logrando que la gran mayoría de los solicitantes tenga una buena experiencia al momento de ingresar su requerimiento”.
Por su parte, el superintendente de Pensiones, Osvaldo Macías, afirmó que el principal desafío es que los sitios web de las administradoras funcionen adecuadamente “para soportar esta demanda gigantesca de solicitudes” y que los validen adecuadamente. “Luego el desafío que está multiplicado esta vez es con el sistema financiero, de que pueda también procesar y cursar los pagos en un mes en que la demanda de efectivo y los pagos se multiplican en chile y que se ha acelerado con el tema de la pandemia”, agregó.
En ese contexto, el superintendente dijo que hay habilitadas 10.800.000 personas para efectuar este retiro número 2. “Nosotros pensábamos que el tope iba a ser 9 millones, no más que eso, pero siguen siendo magnitudes gigantescas”, aseveró.
