-¿Qué es “Visibles.World, Soluciones Integrales de Comunicación”, a qué se dedican principalmente y cuál es su público objetivo?

Nacida en 2003, Visibles.World es una micro empresa familiar en evolución constante que se dedica a dar a nuestros clientes soluciones integrales de valor con un servicio muy personalizado en el rubro de las comunicaciones, especialmente en lo audiovisual, fotográfico y digital.

Contamos con profesionales de diversos rubros de las comunicaciones con los cuales funcionamos de manera asociada, lo que nos da más flexibilidad en este período de contingencia y permite crear una propuesta que optimiza tiempo y recursos, dando así más beneficios a nuestros clientes. Paralelamente a esto, nos dedicamos a crear plataformas de comunicación para empresas e instituciones, somos los creadores de nuestras propias plataformas publicitarias e informativas, como Barrio Italia TV y Embajadas.TV.

Nuestro público objetivo es transversal, ya que quienes contratan nuestros servicios son emprendedores, startups, pequeñas y grandes empresas de América Latina, organizaciones nacionales e internaciones, embajadas y cámaras de comercio binacionales.

-¿De qué manera se ha visto afectada su empresa y su rubro por esta crisis mundial del Covid-19?

De una manera muy positiva y que nos ayuda a crear soluciones ante nuevos desafíos y paradigmas, cambiando la metodología de innovar. Si bien antes estábamos enfocados en el registro audiovisual y fotográfico de eventos, hicimos una gran pausa durante la contingencia para permitirnos reflexionar, encarar el negocio y rediseñarnos con el objetivo de beneficiar a más emprendedores y generar asociatividad. Esta gran pausa nos ayudó a desarrollar otras áreas muy interesantes, como Visibles Space, Laboratorio Visual Cuántico, donde estamos experimentando en aplicar conceptos de física cuántica al mundo de los negocios y a lo audiovisual, proyectándonos en hacer consultorías y seminarios, y además, de forma paralela, creamos nuevas alianzas con startups como

Moniot.cl, dedicada a IoT (Internet of Things), para el rubro agrícola; MachineLearning.ws, para producir software de Inteligencia Artificial, Machine y Deep Learning, con avanzadas soluciones empresariales tangibles. En este momento, estamos especializándonos en el rubro del turismo para satisfacer exigencias del actual mercado de América Latina. Así por ejemplo, podemos crear soluciones para optimizar recursos en las empresas con sólo aplicar esta tecnología, como también tener la factibilidad para analizar fotografías, videos (en vivo ó grabados) y saber por ejemplo el estado anímico del personal de una empresa y brindarles soluciones para un mejor entorno laboral y que puedan expandirse ayudando a fomentar sus habilidades innatas para desarrollarlas en su entorno laboral. También en este rediseño, hemos reforzado los servicios de creación de plataformas y sitios webs, creación de contenidos gráficos, ediciones de video a distancia, consultorías de comunicación on-line.

También, implementamos la nueva plataforma administrativa para nuestros clientes y nos adentramos en el rubro del turismo de excelencia, viaje de negocios y diplomacia turística a través de Embajadas.TV, en donde sabemos que los diplomáticos tienen mucho que aportar en este tema, en especial en estos momentos donde el modelo de negocio turístico está cambiando. En Embajadas TV también colaboramos en difundir las culturas, actividades y tendencias del ámbito de Comercio Nacional e Internacional a través de nuestros contenidos.

-Qué tipo de medidas han tomado para hacer frente a la contingencia? ¿Se puede estar preparado para este tipo de crisis?

Hemos tomado diferentes medidas a comparación de otras empresas del mismo rubro, las cuales una de ellas es la “recalibración conceptual” e irnos hacia la esencia de nosotros mismos como Visibles.World para encontrar nuestro propio centro y respuestas.

Y sí, se puede estar preparado para este tipo u otras crisis con esta y otras medidas complementarias que ayuden a estabilizar por un tiempo mientras te rediseñas. La recalibración conceptual consiste en ver las situaciones externas como variables, sin catalogarlas o etiquetarlas con conceptos emocionales negativos (por ejemplo “señales malas”), pues esa situación, si la hablamos metafóricamente en términos audiovisuales, forma parte de sólo 1/4 de segundo de toda una película, la cual, para saber su trama y entenderla, hay que verla hasta el final.

Para nosotros, todas las situaciones que suceden son para bien, o para llegar a un entendimiento, o para desarrollar una habilidad nueva, lo que quiero decir es que uno decides cómo recibes cada situación y depende de cada uno cómo la interpretas o decodificas.

 -A su parecer, ¿considera que es una oportunidad para salir fortalecidos o reinventarse?

Claro que sí, además es una gran oportunidad para descubrirnos a nosotros mismos, nuestras propias habilidades y las habilidades del otro y así trabajar en conjunto.   También es una oportunidad de dejar los paradigmas y acciones repetitivas, o conceptos que ya no nos sirven y aplicar lo que realmente deseamos concretar en nuestras vidas (y no sólo en el plano económico). Este plano económico es sólo un medio para concretar nuestros deseos y a través de acciones llevarlas a la realidad. Estas oportunidades de reinvención son integrales, quiero decir que van desde el nivel personal, familiar, empresarial, económico, social, en estructuras macro y micro durante un tiempo indefinido de reinvención.

-¿Qué les parecen las medidas que ha presentado el Gobierno para ir en ayuda de las empresas?

Las desconozco en su totalidad y podría opinar de esto parcialmente, ya que sigo en el en el extranjero, enfocándome en crear asociaciones para hacer crecer más en lo internacional y así favorecer y ayudar a más empresas en comunica. Lo que me ha gustado es ver a instituciones tipo Sercotec y Corfo, que se enfocan en el emprendedor y ver más acciones por parte de ellos. Se están creando comunidades de emprendedores que permiten ver esa característica tan positiva de colaboración, la cual, en la cultura chilena es parte de su esencia humana, que es ayudarse unos con otros y salir adelante.

Acerca del Gobierno, creo que sería genial ser honesto y si hay fallas, o falta de comunicación hacia el ciudadano, reconocerlas y enfocarse más en las necesidades del país, más que hacer caso a normativas internacionales y no depender de expectativas aunque si observarlas y analizarlas de una forma paralela. Esto ayudaría a evitar crear falsas expectativas de ayudas hacia Chile y no quedarse en una espera o dependencia constante, sino que realmente comenzar a actuar desde el ser para pasar al hacer y luego al tener, …y así evitar el “aparentar” (sea en turismo, sea en bienes, en economías a través de indicadores o numerales para hacer calzar cifras de países en otras etapas de desarrollo). En este aspecto, el aparentar revela un entendimiento por descubrir referente a la autoestima e identidad de nosotros chilenos desde tiempos remotos.

-¿Cuáles son sus expectativas económicas para Chile y el mundo al mediano plazo?

Confío en que las expectativas económicas se concreten en un desarrollo de estrategias y acciones más colaborativas en las que, en la medida que todos salgamos adelante, la proyección puede ser muy positiva y a pasos agigantados. Valoro también lo se está viendo con ayudas económicas para la clase media y con los créditos Fogape, como también ayudas no solo económicas sino que a través de capacitaciones de tecnología que ofrece Sercotec y Corfo. También es muy importante para el propio emprendedor o empresario enfocarse en confiar en su propia autoestima, seguir descubriendo sus propias habilidades y especialmente en sus redes de contacto: sean nacionales e internacionales, locales, globales, familiares, etc., esto permitiría desarrollar un Chile con una valoración más alta en diversos temas, entre ellos económicos para favorecernos a mediano plazo.

-En otro tema, ¿qué significa para ustedes ser socios de la Cámara de Comercio Chileno Belgo Luxemburguesa?

Para nosotros ser asociados de la Cámara es una señal sólida de confianza, de amistad y de buenos negocios, donde miramos a un bien común de sus socios, siendo parte de esta inmensa red que permite un bienestar mayor a través para las familias y cercanos que lo componen en cada puesto de trabajo de sus empresas. Comenzamos a ser asociados con Andrea Rojas hace algunos años atrás, a ella le encantaba crear nuevos contactos, hacer eventos presenciales para que sus socios pudieran expandirse y conocerse aún más en un país como Chile, que los acoge aunque con sus diferencias culturales. Con ella creamos la primera serie web de Cámaras de Comercio en América Latina llamada “Belgolux, Conociendo a sus empresas”. Por otro lado, en la actualidad, a través de Ann, he visto esa fortaleza de estructurar nuevos cimientos y objetivos de una Cámara Belgolux más enfocada la unión de cada socio para crear comunidad empresarial y ofrecer beneficios y herramientas a los socios a través de reuniones virtuales, webinars y otras medidas que han implementado a lo largo del año. Destaco la iniciativa creada por Ann, llamada “Cuidémonos Entre Todos”, la cual busca la retroalimentación en base a experiencias de las medidas implementadas en esta contingencia por los diversos socios Belgolux.

-¿Cómo ve la actual relación económica entre Chile, Bélgica y Luxemburgo, y las posibilidades de seguir creciendo juntos comercialmente?

Veo la relación económica como un gran potencial por seguir explorando y no sólo en lo económico, sino que a través de lo económico fortalecer nuestras identidades como países, conviviendo en armonía y con retroalimentación económica que sólo belgas, luxemburgueses y chilenos podemos crear, ya que, en mi punto de vista personal, veo ciertas características o similitudes en común.

Por ejemplo, a nivel personal somos muy afectuosos y valoramos las diferencias como virtudes de cada nación, esto ayuda a crear confianza para ir juntos creando robustos proyectos, aunque flexibles en el sentido de ir paso a paso en el desarrollo de nuestras economías, comprendiendo y uniendo nuestras diferencias culturales para así complementarlas y desarrollar novedosos e innovadores proyectos.
