Ciudadanos Confían en que Empresas y Marcas deben ser un Aporte Clave en Crisis Sanitaria
El “fortalecimiento de canales digitales” es la acción empresarial mejor evaluada por las personas con el 46% de las preferencias, mientras que “guardar silencio” registra un bajo 24%.
CustomerTrigger, en colaboración con el Observatorio Sociedad Digital, Unegocios FEN de la Universidad de Chile, entregó nuevos resultados de su estudio sobre la percepción ciudadana, de acuerdo con la adaptación que han tenido las organizaciones a los cambios de conducta y prioridades de los consumidores.
Dentro de los hallazgos más relevantes, destaca la positiva apreciación de las personas respecto del rol que juegan las organizaciones durante la pandemia, donde el 35,4% confía en que “las empresas y marcas deben ser un aporte clave en el desafío que impone la crisis sanitaria”, muy por sobre el 7,7% que registran “las medidas de la autoridad”.
En ese sentido, el ciudadano actual busca acciones empresariales concretas, que facilitarán su propia adaptación, donde las dos mejor evaluadas son el “fortalecimiento de canales digitales”, con el 46% de las preferencias y la entrega de “información sobre cuidado y medidas de protección” con el 42%. En la vereda opuesta, “guardar silencio” es la opción menos valorada en el panel, con un bajo 24%.
Estos resultados, desafían a las organizaciones a mejorar su gobernabilidad de datos, a través de una oferta de soluciones onmicanales para brindar una experiencia única y de calidad para el cliente, adaptado a sus demandas. Así como también, reafirman la necesidad de crear y entregar contenido relevante en función de las nuevas preocupaciones de la ciudadanía.
